Rochester, NY office for seasoned Project Manager with Retail, Restaurant,
office and hospitality experience. Requirements: Minimum of 5 yrs. of project
management experience specific to the following disciplines: Estimating, strong
sense of organization, negotiation and computer literate.

Project Superintendents
Opportunities available for on-site supervision of retail and
restaurant construction projects including coordination of all subcontractors,
scheduling and communicating with office. Travel to job sites (regionally or
nationwide). MUST be
experienced in retail construction. Good communication skills and an ability to
problem solve is required. A
background in carpentry/drywall is helpful.
